STRETCH IT OUT

So many people nowadays are intimidated by the height factor. In fact in some circles, people below 1.67 are considered underachievers. Growth continues until after puberty which often goes on until the early twenties. Good exercise e.g swimming, aerobics and cycling, good diet and a good night’s sleep encourages growth. Though genes play a huge role in growth, these factors increase chances of adding a few inches considerably.

1.) Get Adequate Sleep Each Night:
Sleeping is the time when your body grows, so having plenty of sleep is equivalent to giving your body more time for growth. Get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you’re a preteen or still younger than 20.
The human growth hormone (HGH) is produced naturally in our bodies, especially during deep or slow wave sleep. Getting good, sound sleep will encourage the production of HGH, which is created in the pituitary gland.

Sometimes, looking taller is all about looking slimmer. If you’re able to look slimmer, there’s a good chance you’ll also look taller. Colors like black, dark blue, and forest green can all contribute to looking both slimmer and taller, especially if you go dark on both the top and the bottom.
3.) Wear clothing with vertical stripes:
It makes you look taller. Horizontal stripes do the opposite.
Height Exercise:
Hanging:
There is nothing complicated to hanging. You just suspend from a bar. This helps to elongate and straighten your spine. It’s recommended that you simply suspend for a minimum of half-hour per week. If you would like your back and shoulders to get wider, use a wider grip. A wider grip is harder though.
